“Yes, and” –– or, “I see and accept what you bring“, and also “here is my contribution“.

You’re making something happen, but not just making something up: you’re listening and responding, confidently, in a way that builds on what’s happened and that’s inspired by something you’re exploring together.

Nothing is unwelcome, nothing is a mistake. It is all possibility.

And we can adopt the ideas in conflict: pause, listen, and create.

Be present.

So we will be exploring these ideas over the next little while. And the intention is to come back here to share some reflections –– and hopefully, tell a compelling story 🙂
